Returns and Refunds Policy

7 Days Return Policy

Anna’s Luxe accepts UK returns as long as items comply with the return policy.

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original labels and tags intact. It must not show signs of wear and carry any odours, smoke, perfume etc.
  • If somehow you received a faulty item or it has a mark or hole you can return it for a full refund, including the cost of the return postage.
  • Shoes must be in the original packaging. Please ensure shoes are tried on inside preferably on a carpeted area.

Anna’s Luxe does not cover the cost of your return unless it is our fault. Please make sure you send the item back within the 7-day returns period using insured and tracked service with sufficient packaging for transit.

The returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately Anna’s Luxe can’t offer you a refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, Anna’s Luxe will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your item cost refund will be processed to your original method of payment, within 1-2 working days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days from sending the return, first check your bank account or credit card company to see if the refund is pending.
